We try our best to give the best possible presentation of our products online but we admit, sometimes this still doesn't quite live up to actually trying it on. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full 14 days to change your mind. Just retain the packaging the item was sent in and use the supplied label to send the item back free of charge and we'll refund your payment card in full. All we ask is that the item is sent back in an unworn, sellable condition.
Since we are an online-only business, we do not have any high-street retail spaces. However if you wish to visit our Japan office, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team to arrange an appointment. Please note that we do not carry any stock at our offices, however we can arrange for your order to be shipped to our address in Berlin for collection. Payment must also be made prior to your item’s arrival, via our website. We are unfortunately unable to accept cash payment upon the collection of your item.
